1. Acceptance
By using the website or member services, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Website use
Use the service lawfully and do not probe, scrape, overload, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or interfere with other users. Automated hit-and-trial login attempts are prohibited and may be blocked and logged.
3. Accounts
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Keep credentials confidential, use accurate information and report suspected compromise promptly. SCI may require stronger verification or temporarily restrict access to protect the community.
4. Membership
Applications are reviewed and do not guarantee acceptance. Current plans, prices, validity and benefits are shown before purchase and governed by the Membership Policy.
5. Payments
The checkout shows the selected plan, promo benefit and total before payment. Hosted payment providers process card and UPI credentials. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Events
Capacity, eligibility, venue rules and event-specific charges may vary. SCI may reasonably change a speaker, venue, format or date and will communicate material changes to registered participants.
7. Community conduct
Members and participants must follow the Community Guidelines, respect confidentiality and avoid harassment, fraud, spam and misleading promotion.
8. Content and intellectual property
SCI retains rights in its name, branding, website design and original materials. Members retain rights in their own approved materials while granting SCI the limited permission needed to display them in selected channels. Do not reproduce another person’s content without permission.
9. External services
Payment providers and social networks have their own terms. SCI is not responsible for an external service’s independent availability or conduct.
10. Suspension and termination
SCI may restrict access for security, non-payment, misuse or serious policy breach. Where appropriate, SCI will consider the circumstances and communicate the decision.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Website Disclaimer applies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing framework and concerns
These terms are intended to operate under applicable Indian law. Submit contractual, payment or grievance concerns through the support enquiry form so SCI can issue a trackable reference and respond.
