EFFECTIVE · 17 AUGUST 2026
1. Respect and inclusion
Treat every participant with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, threats, unwanted sexual attention and deliberately humiliating conduct are not accepted.
2. Confidentiality
Personal stories, business information and private event conversations should not be recorded, forwarded or published without clear permission. Confidentiality does not prevent anyone from reporting safety, legal or safeguarding concerns.
3. Genuine connection
Introduce services honestly. Unsolicited mass promotion, misleading claims, pyramid recruitment, spam and pressure selling undermine trust and may be restricted.
4. Consent and photography
Respect photography and visibility preferences. Ask before tagging, quoting or prominently featuring another participant, especially in sensitive conversations or closed member gatherings.
5. Safety and legality
Do not use SCI spaces for unlawful activity, financial deception, impersonation, credential sharing or content that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Conflicts and reporting
Raise concerns privately through the support enquiry pathway. SCI may preserve relevant records, speak with affected people and take proportionate interim action while reviewing a concern.
7. Responses
Responses may include guidance, content removal, event exclusion, temporary restriction, membership suspension or termination. Serious threats or suspected offences may be referred to appropriate authorities.
8. No retaliation
Good-faith reporting or participation in a review must not lead to retaliation. Knowingly false or malicious reports may themselves breach these guidelines.
